MVFM announces a decision on appointment of Head of Internal Control of Manulife Vietnam Fund Management Company Limited

Manulife Vietmam Fund Management Company (MVFM) would like to announce the decision on appointment of the Head of Internal Control of MVFM as below:

As from August  3rd, 2009, Mr. Ho Van Dung is appointed as the Head of Internal Control of the MVFM according to the Decision No 032/2009 dated July 27, 2009 issued by MVFM.

During the time in power, Mr. Ho Van Dung will be responsible for carrying on rights and duties as assigned for the Head of Internal Control in accordance with Company’s Charter and current laws.

The above appointment is confirmed that to be up-to-date and reported to the relevant government agencies.
