Pursuant to
  • The Securities Law and the sub-law regulations on implementation guideline;
  • Decision No 45/2007/QĐ-BTC of the Ministry of Finance dated 05/06/2007 promulgating Regulations on Establishment and Management of Securities Investment Fund;
  • The Manulife Progressive Fund Charter (“MAFPF1”);
  • The Official Letter No 2379/SGDHCM-NY dated 14/11/2007 by HOSE on the amendment/supplement of Listing documents, including the amendment/supplement to some articles of the Fund Charter
  • The Decisions of the Fund Representative Board held on Jan, 14th 2008

For and on behalf of Manulife Progressive Fund (“MAFPF1”), Manulife Vietnam Fund Management Company (“MVFM”) kindly request the approval in writing by the General Investors Meeting for
  • The postponement of the Annual General Investors Meeting of MAFPF1 for the fiscal year of 2007; and
  • The amendment/supplement of some articles of the Fund Charter.
