The First General Investors Meeting of Manulife Progressive Fund – MAFPF1 was held at Sheraton Saigon Hotel, 88 Dong Khoi Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, on 06 October, 2007.
At the time of opening, 08h57, there were 574 investors took part in the meeting, repesenting 78% of Charter Capital of the Fund equivalent to an amount of 16.699.433 of fund units (total amount of voting rights of all investors attending the Meeting).
Therefore, the Meeting was legally held.
The Meeting was ended at 11h50 the same day.
