MAFPF1: Record Date, for the Annual General Investor Meeting FY 2011

Manulife Asset Management (Vietnam) Company Limited would like to inform investors of the Record Date to be eligible for the General Investor Meeting – FY2011 of the Manulife Progressive Fund (MAFPF1), as follow:

• Ex–right Date:  February 10, 2012 (if selling by put-through method from and over 100,000 fund units on February 10, 2012 and February 13, 2012, the seller is not entitled to exercise the investor's rights) 
• Record Date:         February 14, 2012
• Event Date :          March 29, 2012 from 14:00 to 17:30
• Meeting Venue:     to be informed (on or before March 8, 2012)
• Provisional Agenda: 

-     Report on the fund’s performance and activities (“MAFPF1”);
-     Report of The Supervisory Bank (HSBC);
-     The operations and strategy for 2012
-     Presentations and voting thru the Fund Charter amendments, new Board of Representatives and other important issues;
-     Other issues.
