Manulife Progressive Fund - MAFPF1

The Annual General Investor Meeting FY 2009 of Manulife Progressive Fund (MAFPF1) was convened in the afternoon March 26th 2010, at the Meeting hall, 4 floor – Manulife Plaza, 75 Hoang Van Thai Str., Tan Phu Ward, Dist. 7, Ho Chi Minh city.

At the Meeting, the fund manager reported about the performance and investment activities of the fund in 2009 and presented the operation strategy for 2010; the HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd., reported their operation as the Supervisory Bank of the fund; representative of E&Y introduced about E&Y global and their branch in Vietnam; Other issues presented for the Meeting to vote through.

The Meeting was successfully concluded at 17:15 p.m on the same day.
