Condition to participate the GIM

o All investors who are holding MAFPF1 as on the record date February 22, 2010 based on the list provided by Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and the list of non-deposited investors.

o An investor can authorize a proxy for him/her to participate in the meeting by filling in the Letter of Authorization that attached in the other side of Invitation Letter. The authorized person should bring original ID card/Passport with this letter of authorization when attending the meeting. The authorized person is not allowed to authorize to the third party.

Others

o The Invitation Letter, the Letter of Authorization and Provisional Agenda for the General Investor Meeting will be sent to the Investors by mail.

o An investor who is eligible to offer himself/herself as a candidate for position in Fund Representative Board of MAFPF1 can fill in Candidature form and Curriculum vitae form by downloading the forms that are posted on Manulife Vietnam Fund Management Company (“MVFM”)’s website at www.manulifefunds.com.vn and send them to MVFM prior to Friday, March 19, 2010 in according or the date on the receipt upon receiving the completed forms.

o In order to support our organization and receiving, Investors are expected to confirm their participation with MVFM by either phone at (848) 5416 0760 in attention of Mr. Hoang or to No: (848) 5416 6777 in attention of Ms. Hang Kieu or email to manulifefundsvn@manulife.com prior to Monday, March 22, 2010.

o Any inquiry and suggestion on the contents of provisional agenda for the General Investor Meeting or others information, investors please directly contact, email to manulifefundsvn@manulife.com or send your ideas in written to Manulife Vietnam Fund Management Company – Head Office: Manulife Plaza, 75 Hoang Van Thai Street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, HCMC prior to Monday, March 22, 2010.
