In June 2005, Manulife Vietnam was proudly granted a license to begin operations for Manulife Vietnam Fund Management Company Limited. The license was presented directly by Mr. Phan Van Khai, Vietnam Prime Minister during his official visit to Manulife Financial’s Headquarters in Toronto, Canada where he met with Mr. Dominic D’Allessandro, President and Chief Executive Officer of Manulife Financial.
